Delete Your Milan Account
Milan allows users to request account deletion directly from within the application.
1. How To Request Deletion
- Step 1: Open Milan
- Step 2: Go to Settings
- Step 3: Select Delete Account
- Step 4: Submit your request
2. What Happens Next
- Your request is reviewed by administrators.
- You will receive a confirmation after processing.
- Your account will become inaccessible immediately after the request is processed.
3. Data Removal
Upon approval of your deletion request:
- Your profile will be removed.
- Your photos will be removed.
- Your matches will be removed.
- Your chats will become inaccessible.
- You will no longer be able to sign in.
4. Data Retention
Please note that certain records may be retained temporarily for the following purposes:
- Fraud prevention
- Security investigations
- Legal obligations
- Regulatory compliance
5. Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 days.
